  I recently visited this practice as an emergency patient. I phoned around 23:30 and somebody picked up the phone immediately . By 00:30 i was on the chair seen by a professional. The care was excellent and the dentist was very professional. I am amazed from the high level of care i received and the high quality standards. The practice looked very clean. I have been explained my treatment plan thoroughly and the next day i received a call to make sure i am OK. I will join them and I highly recommended!!!

  It is unfortunate I have to write this as I have never written a review, good or bad, before however I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received today by this practice' receptionist or self proclaimed Practice Manager Christina. The lady was very rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. All I was after was to see if I could get an appointment with one of the dentists to re-attach a cap. It has put me off this practice as when I asked for clarity she was not willing to assist or put me in touch with anyone who could assist. She refused to put me in touch with anyone else, and when I asked for her name, she huffed and puffed until she claimed she was the practice manager! This has been my practice since I was a child, however I am sad to say that the receptionist has put me off for life. She was the rudest, most unprofessional receptionist I have ever come across. It is such a shame because my experience with the dentists, although rare, has always been pleasant! I lay in hope this review will enable the practice manager/ reception to reflect and change her attitude towards private patients...
