- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am pregnant and I am trying to book an appointment with referral from my midwife and what I get when reception decides to answer the call after having to wait for good 15 mins on the line is "you have to call back tomorrow or another day to see someone as we are fully booked". She didn't even bother to take my details to see if there would be any future appointments available. I am on full time employment and I need to plan these visits and it's important more now than ever that I'm pregnant. Very rude and dismissive attitude. Nothings about patient care. I don't know where these incompetent people were selected to work in GP because even in the practice they are always rude when you speak to them, you feel you can't approach them for any question. I am sure anyone who goes in GP is for medical reasons not for a walk in the park. I just feel it is disgusting this practice even exists and I was to be registered in this one due to moving in Seven Kings. Simply appalling.by Albona SkendajJanuary 11, 2017
